Hello and welcome to my personal website. This is where I write down my thought on all things running related. I have been running competitively since I was in school and continue to run today. Although I am not as quick as I once was I still enjoy running. Right now I train 5 days a week and compete every now and then although I am not as interested in the time as much as I once was.
I will detail my thoughts and experience on a wide range of topics such as training, stretching, nutrition and more so that you can hopefully benefit and learn from the mistakes that I made.
